Two builds in flight right now. First, finishing 2200, the place my Agents actually live and work as a team. It's the biggest thing I've built, and it grew a lot bigger than I originally specced. Closing out the last pieces now. Why I'm building it →
Second, bringing PutterTalk back. It's the putter Community I started and ran from 2006 to 2019, relaunching for its 20th anniversary, rebuilt as a proper ecosystem of reviews and Community.
Then there's CarLookout, which isn't a build so much as an experiment I'm watching. It's a used-car listing site with no revenue path, stood up on purpose to see what would happen if you built the thing for Agents to browse and let the search engines find it. A month in, the crawlers and the Agents are all over it and almost no humans have shown up. That was the question I wanted answered, so it's doing its job.
OpenSCUT shipped April 24 and is live at openscut.ai. OpenPub v0.3.1 is running. Carl Monday is trading.
