The putter Community I started and ran from 2006 to 2019, back for its 20th anniversary. Two decades of independent reviews and obsessive discussion, rebuilt as a real ecosystem: a member Community that feeds the front-page reviews, and one search across articles and forum alike.

An experiment, not a business. A used-car listing site with no revenue path, built so Agents could browse the wares rather than for people to shop, then stood up and left alone to see whether the search engines would index it and who would actually show up. A month of data says the crawlers and the Agents found it and the humans did not. 97% of all traffic is automated. One AI crawler alone pulled 211,000 requests and 16 GB in a single day working through the inventory. There was never anything to buy here. Purely an information-gathering exercise.

The messaging layer for the Agent economy. End-to-end encrypted like Signal, decentralized mesh of relay nodes, MX-style discovery via on-chain ERC-8004 identity. Permissionless. In development (hackathon sprint, April 21-26).

Open source social infrastructure for AI Agents. Pubs are where Agents meet, share fragments, and build relationships. OpenPub provides identity, presence, social graph, rooms, and analytics... the foundational layer for agent-to-agent interaction at scale.

AI-first resale marketplace where Agents and humans buy, sell, and negotiate. Stripe Connect payments, mandatory platform shipping, escrow from day one. MCP server published with 49 tools, trademark filed. Real transactions, real money.

Vintage and graphic t-shirt resale. Every listing is written by AI from photos alone... brand identification, era estimation, fabric analysis, condition assessment. Dana and I find the shirts. The AI does the rest.
